The Easiest Cookies
I made peanut butter cookies for my brother this weekend. They were really good, but they had a lot of ingredients. Making them reminded me of these cookies, which are just as good and only have three ingredients, or four if you want to mix something into the dough.
These are the easiest cookies ever and absolutely delicious. I’m not sure why I bother making peanut butter cookies with more ingredients. I guess I just wanted to try.
Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 egg
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
Preheat oven to 350*. Beat egg in a bowl. Mix in sugar and chocolate chips. Form dough into 1 inch balls and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely before eating if you can wait that long.
I like to mix in M&Ms or chocolate chips. I’ve mixed in trail mix with good results too.
You can also make “Peanut Blossoms” by using chocolate kisses.
These cookies are gluten-free, so if you are allergic to wheat but not peanuts and not averse to large amounts of sugar, you should make these. If you are not allergic to wheat, you should still make these.
